Individual Psychotherapy
$115/hour
Therapy sessions are held via telehealth and typically last 50 minutes. The frequency of appointments are dependent upon your specific treatment plan.
Workshops

We offer workshops which include presentations centered around the health and well being of marginalized groups and transforming current mental health practices.
Second Gen Group Therapy (coming soon)
$35 per session
Group therapy encompasses a six week group with 6-8 adult children of immigrants centered around building community, reflecting on shared challenges, and support with life stressors.
