Welcome to Oluchi Holistic Health Services!
Hello and welcome!
Oluchi Holistic Health serves as a vessel to de-stigmatize and radically transform how mental health is viewed and approached within marginalized communities.

We believe that there are many paths to healing. We utilize connection and collaboration through psychotherapeutic modalities to support and empower individuals to utilize their internal and external healing practices.

As a daughter of immigrants, I created this practice in response to personal and professional experiences with cultural assimilation. It is my belief that this process often fuels disconnection to identity, traditional customs, and spiritual roots where individuals often find restoration.
Throughout my own healing journey, I have found an integration of psychotherapy, movement-based modalities, and spirituality has been most impactful.
I have over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations within my social work profession. My past and current experience includes individual and family psychotherapy with first- and second-generation immigrants, African Americans, and other under represented groups.
